Communicate with veterans, internal VA medical providers, and community healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate patient demographic records.
Utilize VA software (VISTA, CPRS, VetLink) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Provide professional and courteous responses to all inquiries and manage patient concerns effectively.
Ensure compliance with VA privacy standards and data security regulations.
Attend team huddles and contribute to team performance objectives.
High School Diploma or GED (documentation required).
Typing speed verification (50 WPM minimum).
Background check and security clearance.
Completion of mandatory VA privacy and data security training.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
